Almunecar massage & yoga – With more than 10 years of experience in yoga and advanced therapeutic massages, she only believes in a safe anatomical approach for a truly mindful practice. By integrating Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, Partner yoga and new innovative kinesiological methods of Stretch with playful touch to bring out more fun and joy into her classes and allow deeper exploration of all yoga aspects.
