At UnBaked, we believe that the freshest and most flavorful ingredients make for the most satisfying meals. That’s why we have partnered with local vendors to source the finest, locally-sourced products to create a customizable salad shop and wrap haven.
We are a Spanish-Dutch family who moved from the busy city of Rotterdam in the Netherlands to the wonderful city of Almuñecar around 4 years ago. We speak Spanish, Dutch, and English and if you are lucky to find Daniel behind the bar you will be served in German too!
One of the highlights of UnBaked is the freedom to design your own salad or wrap. We provide a diverse selection of ingredients for you to mix and match. Whether you’re a vegetarian, vegan, or protein enthusiast, our menu offers something for everyone. But our commitment to providing a delightful experience goes beyond salads and wraps.
We also offer a range of other delicious offerings to satisfy your cravings. Are you in need of a caffeine boost? Look no further! UnBaked serves freshly brewed coffee to accompany your meal. If you’re in the mood for something refreshing, we have vibrant and nutritious smoothies and juices. And let’s not forget about our mouthwatering paninis! Our paninis are grilled to perfection, offering a warm and satisfying option for those looking for something heartier.
In addition to our commitment to using local products, we also prioritize eco-conscious practices. From using eco-friendly packaging to minimizing food waste, we strive to reduce our environmental footprint. At UnBaked, you can enjoy your meal knowing that we are dedicated to both your satisfaction and the well-being of our planet.
Whether you’re designing your own salad or wrap, sipping on a freshly brewed coffee, enjoying a smoothie, or savoring a delectable panini, UnBaked is your go-to destination for a delightful and nourishing take away experience. We accept orders via WhatsApp and offer delivery for group orders (5 or more items excluding drinks) with a minimum of €40,00.

En UnBaked, creemos que los ingredientes más frescos y sabrosos hacen las comidas más satisfactorias. Por eso colaboramos con proveedores locales para obtener los mejores productos de la zona y crear un paraíso de ensaladas y wraps personalizables.
Somos una familia española-holandesa que nos mudamos de la ajetreada ciudad de Rotterdam en Holanda a la maravillosa ciudad de Almuñecar hace unos 4 años. Hablamos español, holandés e inglés y si tienes la suerte de encontrar a Daniel detrás de la barra también te podra atender en alemán.
Uno de los aspectos más destacados de UnBaked es la libertad de diseñar tu propia ensalada o wrap. Te ofrecemos una variada selección de ingredientes para que los mezcle y combine. Tanto si eres vegetariano, vegano o un entusiasta de las proteínas, nuestro menú ofrece algo para todos.
Pero nuestro compromiso de ofrecer una experiencia deliciosa va más allá de las ensaladas y los wraps.¿Necesitas un subidón de cafeína? No busques más. UnBaked sirve café recién hecho para acompañar tu comida. Si te apetece algo refrescante, tenemos smoothies y zumos vibrantes y nutritivos. Y no nos olvidemos de nuestros deliciosos paninis, ofreciendo una opción caliente y satisfactoria para aquellos que buscan algo más sustancioso.
Además de nuestro compromiso de utilizar productos locales, también damos prioridad a las prácticas ecológicas. Desde el uso de envases ecológicos hasta la minimización del desperdicio de alimentos, nos esforzamos por reducir nuestra huella medioambiental. Welkom bij UnBaked, de ultieme saladebar in de bruisende stad Almuñecar!
Bij UnBaked geloven we dat de meest verse en smaakvolle ingrediënten zorgen voor de meest bevredigende maaltijden. Daarom werken we samen met lokale leveranciers. Wij zijn een Spaans-Nederlandse familie die ongeveer 4 jaar geleden van de drukke stad Rotterdam in Nederland naar de prachtige stad Almuñecar is verhuisd. We spreken Spaans, Nederlands en Engels en als je het geluk hebt Daniel achter de bar te vinden, word je ook in het Duits bediend.
Een van de hoogtepunten van Unbaked is de vrijheid om je eigen salade of wrap te ontwerpen. We bieden een gevarieerde selectie ingrediënten die je kunt mixen en matchen. Of je nu vegetariër, veganist of proteïneliefhebber bent, ons menu biedt voor ieder wat wils. Maar onze toewijding aan het bieden van een heerlijke ervaring gaat verder dan salades en wraps.
We bieden ook een scala aan andere heerlijkheden om je trek te stillen. Heb je behoefte aan een cafeïneboost? Zoek dan niet verder! UnBaked serveert vers gezette koffie bij je maaltijd. Als je zin hebt in iets verfrissends, hebben we lekkere en voedzame smoothies en sappen. En laten we vooral onze overheerlijke panini's niet vergeten! Een warme en
bevredigende optie voor wie op zoek is naar iets hartigers.
Naast ons streven om lokale producten te gebruiken, houden wij ook het milieu in gedachten. Van het gebruik van milieuvriendelijke verpakkingen tot het minimaliseren van voedselverspilling, we streven ernaar om onze ecologische voetafdruk te verkleinen. Bij UnBaked kun je van je maaltijd genieten in de wetenschap dat we toegewijd zijn aan zowel
jouw tevredenheid als het welzijn van onze planeet.
