There are a total of 3 tourist offices in the area. We have 2 locations within Almuñécar and 1 in La Herradura.

Each of them is staffed with multilingual and very helpful people. They will provide you with a local map of the area and there are plenty of brochures with things to do in Almuñécar as well.

The main tourist office is just one block in from San Cristobal Beach, off of Calle Bikini and is called Palacete de La Najarra. It is a former Moorish palace and it is very interesting to see the building, as well as the property. The Najarra Palace (main tourist office) is just one block from Majuelo Botanical Park, along Avenida Europa. It is also about 1 block in from San Cristobal Beach.
