Methe Sejlund is educated and has trained at the Danish body therapeutic school of Body-sds, Body Self Development System. The massage treatment is based on stimulating the body’s natural ability to heal itself, with various massage techniques used to obtain the best results. Each client is treated individually according to their specific issue and needs, from relaxation massage to sports massage, with lymphatic stimulation and reflexology, acupressure, and gentle stretching. Methe treats children, adults, and the elderly. She can even provide treatment for animals.
Bach Flower Medicine
Methe offers Bach Flower Medicine consultations for stabilising any emotional issue. Imbalances as anxiety, stress, depression, lack of concentration, lack of self-esteem, sadness, loneliness, nervousness, anger, and other challenging emotions. They can all be soothed and balanced with the right tailormade mix of Bach flower remedies. These remedies can be taken with chemical medicine as well and they are without side effects. Methe is educated in Denmark and also via England at the official Bach Center of flower medicine.
